Card Operations Department - Cards Production Unit Head
Responsibilities:
 Management of all production projects
 Planning and organization of production tables
 Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
 Testing and maintenance of production equipment and supplies
 Secure the confidential and sensitive customer's information
 Responsible for developing and motivating staff
 Ensure safety systems are met
 Defining quality control standards
 Assign tasks and daily routines
 Review the performance of employees
 Identify training needs
 Effective communication between different departments to develop the business plan and to achieve the best services and the customer's satisfaction
 Work with the managers to implement company's policies and objectives
 Negotiating the time schedules or work tables as necessary
 Managing the inventory and periodic maintenance of the production machines to avoid any delays of dispatch the cards on time.
 Analysis and identification of future needs for plastic cards and other production requirements
 Annual goals setting for employees
 Staff appraisal
