* After deep study & analysis for the company & the market facts. We decided to approach the medium size projects in the eastern province for the first step of our marketing approach. Then, we will be continuing expand our capabilities, production capacity & the market target territory. I have arranged the marketing plan & started implementing.

* Managing the whole marketing operations of the agency & report to the general manager (the owner).
* Since it was a new established agency, my main object was to arrange the marketing mix.
1- I developed the solutions line-up to consist of five main solutions & their subs. Main solutions include:
- Marketing Tools Solutions.
- Events Solutions.
- Audio & Video Production Solutions.
- Distribution Solutions.
- Campaign Solutions.
- I arranged & negotiated with the suppliers & service providers to establish strategic partnership, which enables us to give competitive quotations & as a result get high profitable orders.
- To give our clients one of the best advertising platforms in Hasa, we get a perfect deal to place an LED screen in Al-Othaim Mall - Leisure area. It gave a great added value to our clients’ campaigns.
2- I recruited sales people (male & female) & train them to become professional advertising consultants.
3- I developed a plan for the year of 2011 including: sales target, sales staff, new projects, expansions & opening new branches, budget & profit.
4- According to our profit target, the competition in the market & the difference among the products & services, I have arranged the pricing scale & commission scheme to be clear & competitive in the market.
* I played a critical role in helping the agency to buy a 50% share at Noor Media Est. for audio & video services by paying the operation cost.
* I have supported my marketing team to close so many deals from some of the best buyers in the market like Hasa Municipality, Procare Riaya Hospital, King Faisal University, Axiom, Tourism Commission, The Ministry of Agriculture, Al-Hashem Travel & Tourism Agency, Twins Perfume & others.

* My main responsibility was to manage the whole marketing & sales operations of the division & report to CEO. These operations consist of choosing & setting the products line-up, pricing, assigning the target customers & arranging the marketing plan of the products.
- The products line-up was limited to some models of cabinets, doors & racking system. So; the first mission was to arrange a product line-up according to the factory abilities & arrange the unavailable items through other suppliers to complete the line-up. Our new line-up exceeded the lockers to contain filing cabinets, mobile filing cabinets, lecture chairs, student sets (desk & table meeting the requirements of The Ministry of Education), waiting chairs, steel beds, metal tables, simple medical furniture like emergency beds, trolleys & carts & on demand manufacturing service of steel fabrication. And I was ready to add any new product into my line-up.
- For the private sales, I had agreed with so many suppliers to enable me to offer a full solution of furnishing & fitting for the projects through the contractors or directly with the owners. These solutions consist of a wide range of furniture & partitions with the design service.
- Finally, I was ready to deal directly with the governmental organizations like military & education institutes. In addition, I was ready to meet any demands in our specializations from the local contractors & local trading organizations.
- I closed some deals with some local companies like BEMCO, CCC, Hoshan Co. & with Hasa Directorate of Education.

 The target was to penetrate the northern region as it was a virgin market.
 Target clients were the wholesales & retails.
 We arranged the needed facilities to apply the credit policy for our new clients.
 I was based in Khobar supervising a casual team assigned to cover that area in the beginning.
* Promotion Displays & special offers were arranged to convince the new clients to change their loyalty to us.
- Within 1 year, I could arrange a wide base of loyal clients encouraged by the increasing consumption of our products.
- We covered the cities of Hafr Al-Baten, Rafhaa, Ar’ar, Turaif, Skaka, Domat Al-jandal & Qurayat.
- Then, we started establishing our branch & store there after reaching more than 30% market share. The purpose of them was to follow up the delivery & collection.

* Worked as a sales representative.
* My main responsibilities:
- Followed up my part of the key accounts & increase their purchases
- Found out new clients.
- Changed the loyalty of the customers those were dealing with our competitors
- Reported to my management.
* I was following up clients in Dammam, Khobar & Jobail.
* I had found out new clients in my area with large deals like Panda, Farm Hyper Markets, Fahad Supplies, Al-Daheyah Super Markets, Green Shops & so many others.
* I had refreshed some of the old clients even though my management considered them as dead accounts.
* As a result I was promoted to be the sales supervisor, Northern Region.
