A) From 1/4/2008 to 1/9/2008 as an Acting Technical Manager.
1) Took part in coaching, training, monitoring calls and attended monthly (1-2-1) meetings with the Technical Executives. Was reporting directly to the Contact Center Manager.
2) Generating daily reports, Monitoring channels, Testing New Decoders’ Software and Reporting bugs to the engineering and platform department.

B) From 1/4/2007 to 31/3/2008 as a Technical Executive & Acting Team Leader.
1) The biggest achievement gained was “Zero Abandoned Calls” for the first time and was accomplished using all the available resources and managing calls efficiently.
2) Granted a “Service Excellence Certificate” in recognition of Best Call Quality 2007.
3) Taking the lead in many projects such as: First Time Resolution Call, Marketing Surveys, IT (introduced a new tool) and also Sales Projects.
4) Trained and coached new agents.

C) From 5/10/2005 to 31/3/2007 as a Customer Service Representative.
Being the best in: Retaining Customers, Call Quality, and time attendance.
