• Conduct Risk assessments based on the Scope of works, Changes and provide toolbox talks to the employees based on the assessment results.
• Conduct accident/incident investigation and investigation report and communicate control measures established.
• Provide site HSE Induction of all new employees, subcontractor workers, visitors.
• Implement permit to work system and issue permits for critical activities (Hot works, Confined space works,
Electrical works, and cold works)
• Conduct daily training and toolbox talk of employees.
• Daily inspection areas of all activities and give instruction to follow safety procedure at site.
• instruction/procedures associated with hot, cold, and confide space work permits.
• Investigation of accidents and writing near-misses reports, and, inspect all contract equipment and ensure
compliance to all HSE regulations.
• Ensure all job site and employee safety rules are followed.
• Ensure all employees are fit prior to the day’s work proper PPE is in place.
• Perform ongoing daily safety inspections and reports.
• Communicating, Investigating & Reporting of all near miss, Incidents and accidents and recommend appropriate corrective actions to avoid re-occurrence.
Inspected job site in case of hazardous work activities and performed safety analysis on it.
• Identified and corrected safety issues and hazards at the work site.
• Implemented various health and safety regulations as per required procedures.
• Ensure all employees are following safety rules, and wear full PPE all time at the site of work.
