Manage the cost accounting and inventory management of imported goods, such as:
• Clearing GR/IR and other intermediatory accounts for landed costs and recording import expenses.
• Planning and maintaining physical inventory (monthly, surprise, and year-end).
• Computing and recording costs (Landed Costs) for all import purchases.
• Inventory write off.
• Managing vendor accounts by recording entries, payments, and reconciliation.
• LC payments to vendors from the bank.
• Preparing reports related to inventory aging, and monthly cost changes reports.
• Reviewing all BoM's and making necessary adjustments if required.
• Maintaining inventory count by collecting stock count data from every warehouse.
• Generating reports on inventory aging a monthly inventory cost change and any other Ad Hoc reports
