1- Preparing scope of work and technical specifications for Power Transmission Lines and Substations.
2- Preparing the Bid Technical Evaluation Reports for Contract Award recommendation.
3- Evaluating the Technical and Commercial Offers submitted from contractors.
4- Review and evaluate bidder's offer during post bid stage.
5- Procurement of bid package documents of projects (Contracts Coordinated).
6- Procurement of materials relating to Overhead Transmission Lines & Substations.
7- Supervise on all Short Form Contracts.
8- Carry-out survey for right of way and quantities surveying.
9- Preparing action plan and time schedule for projects by MS Project.
10- Preparing conceptual drawings for substation & OHTL projects by AutoCAD.
