Director of Civil construction activities for all 132/33/13.8kV projects of Substations and Transmission Lines contracts in Southern Region of KSA. (The activities include design approval and supervising execution for geotechnical investigation, soil improvement, sub-structure, super-structure, building finishes, asphalting, steel structures, outdoor facilities and finishing) Director of Electro-Mechanical activities for all 132/33/13.8kV projects of Substations contacts in Southern Region of KSA (The activities include design approval and supervising execution for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Grounding, lightning, lighting, plumping). Prequalification and approval of material lists, suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors. Director of safety and health management by applying 5-star system. Supervision of reparation and rehabilitation activities of existing substations and transmission lines. Reviewing, evaluating, negotiating and finalizing the bending submittals during base and details design stage. Supervising, monitoring & controlling all civil and mechanical consultant engineers.
1- Preparing scope of work and technical specifications for Power Transmission Lines and Substations.
2- Preparing the Bid Technical Evaluation Reports for Contract Award recommendation.
3- Evaluating the Technical and Commercial Offers submitted from contractors.
4- Review and evaluate bidder's offer during post bid stage.
5- Procurement of bid package documents of projects (Contracts Coordinated).
6- Procurement of materials relating to Overhead Transmission Lines & Substations.
7- Supervise on all Short Form Contracts.
8- Carry-out survey for right of way and quantities surveying.
9- Preparing action plan and time schedule for projects by MS Project.
10- Preparing conceptual drawings for substation & OHTL projects by AutoCAD.
11- Training Coordinated for SEC employees in our Division.
12- Handled and Participated in various projects in southern province.
1- Preparing the Scope of work and detailed Technical Specifications for High Voltage Power Transmission Lines and Substations (Civil Work).
2- Review and evaluate bidder's offer during post bid stage.
3- Participated in various projects in Eastern Province.
