Recruiter for local and overseas
• Responsible for sourcing candidates (active and passive) through a variety of methodologies such as resume mining, professional networking, direct sourcing and cold calling.
• Interact with all level of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule Interviews for the candidate.
• Deliver high quality service to operations by matching applicant’s skills with current and anticipated future needs.
• Attend recruitment fairs and events as required.
• Pre-screen the candidates in terms of communication skills and expected salary.
• Manage and report on recruitment trends and statistics, retention rates, response rates etc.
• Producing and issuing employment offers and contracts of employment.
• Handling HRDF Process such opening new agreements, adding, removing and all the process which is related.
Training
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program.
• keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses;
• Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
•Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues.
•Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
•Preparing offer packets benefit packets and other employee related information.
•Coordinating employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments.
•Preparing employee census information for insurance.
•Providing written and verbal employment verification.
•Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.
•Reviewing, screening, and maintaining applications and resumes.
•Conducting background screenings for all prospective employees.
•Coordinating 90-day and annual performance appraisal processes.
•Assisting with creation, distribution and collection of feedback from company-wide annual survey.
•Assisting with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.
•Assisting in preparation of special events such as Year End Celebration and other office or company gatherings.
•Processing invoices for Human Resources.
