As a group leader, I lead my group to accomplish their assignments and to help them technically to analyze and solve problems. As acting supervisor, conduct meetings, planning and scheduling, and using SAP PM to track work orders.
My fundamental job is to maintain the control system of the plant healthy including instrumentation and PLC and SCADA working and support new projects including commissioning
Lead and train employees to handle their assignments and help them analyze and solve problems systematically.Also, I conduct meeting with operation, maintenance and engineering to solve and analyze complex issues. Also, I am working on the control system of the plant including instrumentation and PLC and SCADA. I also work with vendors and contractors in different projects including commissioning. As Acting Supervisor I also use SAP system to track work orders and for planning and scheduling the man hours for my process control system

My job is to maintain the control system elements: field measurement devices, control circuits and as a whole by troubleshooting operating devices and help to analyze technical problems by finding their causes and solutions in order to maintain and keep rotating pumps work up to Aramco's standards for crude oil and bunker fuel to be delivered to ships and tankers smoothly. Key Accomplishments
• Participated effectively in several projects e.g.
o Upgrading speed control system of all shipping pumps, in house, from H&B into ABB speed control system to control the flow of the pumps.
o Waste Water Treatment Facility project to add an automatic drain water system with natural separation of oil and water.
o Upgrading vibration system for bunker pumps to Bently Nevada 3500 series.
o Installation, configuration and commissioning of all new instrumentations installed in all sump pits.
• Improved chlorine system to prevent oxidation of firewater pipelines.
• Attended Bunker Vibration FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) in GE Energy-Optimization and Control Shops in Bahrain.
• Used 375 HART hand-held communicator extensively to be able to communicate with any HART protocol communication device.
• Trained new fresh associate degree employees and went through detailed hands on practice to be competent and dependable on a very short period of time.
