- Submit technical reports to the customers on time
- contact the customers by email or over the phone to assist them remotely with any concern of product’s issues, manuals, data sheet and part number of the spares
- supply management with reports on customers need, problems, interest activities, and potential for new products and services
- Maintaining the customers' relations for aftersales services, which include repairing, installation, calibration, and commissioning of valve automation products such as (EIM, Bettis, EI-O-Matic) in all majors Oil, Gas producers and refineries, a chemical at customer sites in Saudi and Bahrain
- Configure MOV’s electronics boards with proper settings for communication modes, input commands and output feedbacks
- Acting as SME expert for EIM MOVs products
- enhance the customers support by answering their inquires through the emails or the phone

I had a rotation program for one year at AL-ITTEFAQ Factories (Rolling mills, Melt Shop, and Direct Reduction Iron). I spent a certain period in each factory, passing through all companies' departments (production, mechanical, electrical, designing, quality, and logistics).The program also focused on the types of Maintenance and scheduling preventative maintenance plans to avoid unlikely breakdowns with more scope assignments on instruments and electrical equipment.
