Worked as a category consultant in a strategic procurement project for a parastatal company, I was responsible for internal and external analysis. Internally, I analyzed spend, demand, customer value, and subcategory criticality. Externally, I carried out RFI analyses, assessed the procurement market and supplier localization.
In my position I had the full responsibility for the packaging, quality, and logistics of FBA shipments to Amazon as well as full responsibility for the warehouse. In addition, I was fully responsible for checking incoming products and controlling the inventory for FBA quantities in the Amazon warehouse.
Provided support in the areas of supply chain and material procurement. In addition, I was involved in quality control and production processes and provided support with production planning and inventory control. These diverse tasks contributed to the efficiency and accuracy of the production and supply chain processes.
Supported the team with various projects in data processing and analysis using Microsoft Excel & Access.
