• Promote and sell all Batelco products.
• Achieve and exceed the monthly individual sales target in efficient and effective manner in order to maximize revenue.
• Handle sales activities in terms of identifying opportunities or answering customer’s sales inquiry in a prompt manner and act as a consultant by negotiating and closing the deal.
• Ensure customers maximum satisfaction through optimum quality services.
• Have a good knowledge of the market environment and competition in order to retain and gain new customers.
• Handle all customers’ enquiries/disputes regarding billing adjustment.
• Manage and act as personal consultant for consumers through proposing the most appropriate solution that meets customer’s usages needs.
• Retain existing customers and reduce customer churn to competitors by providing alternative and more economical solutions.
• Conducting and managing the provision of all types of services in accordance with an agreed KPIs with both sales and products, this include raising customers’ orders and carry out the required follow up with other departments.
• Managing clearance of all trouble tickets & service orders through efficient and effective follow up & coordination with the other departments.
• Liaise with other sections to ensure that customers’ requests and orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner to meet maximum satisfaction.
