- Manage North and South American customer accounts and coordinate with the company’s international sales offices.
- Supervise orders execution and assure compliance to customer’s requirements.
- Assure quality customer services and attend to customer special needs or complaints if any.
- Implement company’s quality management system in sales and customer services procedures.
- Coordinate and negotiate Spot sales and Term sales contracts and follow up their implementation.
- Maintain close relationship with customers to gain clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Develop long term business partnership with regular clients and survey the Market for potential customers and approach them accordingly.
- Review sales Contracts and formulate them to serve the interest of the company.
- Engage in company freight agreements and make sure they are cost effective.
- Maintain sales volumes as per productions levels and periodic targets.
- Supervise sales logistics in terms of internal coordination, export processing and payment collection.
- Report to senior management regarding sales performance and plans.
- Contribute to production plans according to projected sales and company strategic objectives.
- Survey and analyze international pricing trend, trading conditions, market situation and forecasts.
- Participate and represent the company in conferences and related occasions locally and internationally.
- Organize and lead company participation in marketing exhibitions and relevant social events.
- Conducting an evaluation report of the French higher education system
- Forming recommendations of selected French "Grandes Ecoles", in order for them to be accredited by the Saudi ministry of higher education as destinations of governmental scholarships
