-Reviewing contractors & consultants Electrical design submittals/Technical queries to ensure its compliance with concept design, contract requirements and properly coordinated with other disciplines (Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, instrumentation and Telecom).
-Reviewing and approval of Electrical materials and equipment by ensuring compliance with contract requirements and with Royal Commission Jubail and Yanbu codes & standards and SEC Standards & Specifications.
-Regular visits to project sites to ensure quality of work complies with contract requirements and report to my supervisor. In addition to participating in a number of initial acceptance and project close-out.
-Reviewing Electrical drawings and packages such as low and medium voltage system, small power and grounding system, fire alarm, public address, indoor & outdoor lighting system and BMS& SCADA.
-Participated in a house design such as the Site Development Plan for Fanateer Marina Rehabilitation and Site Prep & Primary Infrastructure for new Army Base in Jubail Industrial City.
-Worked on providing the require information to develop the Jubail industrial city-Substations Details Database.
-Reviewing and responding to numbers of Land Allocation Requests (LARs), RFIs, DCNs.
-Familiar with the local and International code and standard such as Saudi Building Code, SEC Standards & Specifications, IEC, NEC.
-Providing technical support and solving the site electrical issues to ensure completion of the Project within the stipulated time by issuing and responding to Field Change Documents (FCD).
-Checking the activities on site and providing the necessary reminders to the Project Engineer, Project Field Engineering Manager and the Integration Manager for any immediate action.
-Coordinating with main contractors, sub-contractors, MEP coordinator, Engineers and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
-At project close out co-ordinate the production of as built drawings to ensure they are delivered as per the contract requirements in terms of quality and time.
-Ensuring all builders works drawings are comprehensive and discussed with the various engineers for the best implementation and installation of services in coordination with other parties and main contractor.
-Supervising the production of co-ordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other and the building electrical systems, acoustics, BMS & SCADA, Security & Fire Safety and IT passive infrastructure are complying with the contract requirements.
-Reviewing and monitoring drawing / material submittals / work conformances with provisions as per the project specification.
