Manage and verify receiving documentation from suppliers before executing purchase order protocol. Expedite and monitor orders, coordinate with vendors and other departments as needed, provide status updates. design and work on Project to create new purchasing system. approval of purchase orders and tender contracts . Organize and lead buyer test team and focus group at project implementation. Design and maintain reports for key performance metrics. Provide purchasing team support related to data integrity, excess inventory management, and supplier relationships. Create and analyze purchasing reports for sales and operations management.
Responsible for working closely with the selected
supplier and managing the companies procurement activities. Also providing leadership for the purchasing department and motivating staff to achieve maximum performance and efficiency. Making sure that the purchasing department works within all of the companies operational Procedures.
Assist QC and chemists within plant. Design and carry out scientific-lab experiments and product - sample testing to ensure safety, quality and production compliance.
Gained experience in the operation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation within environmental laboratory.
