• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
• Finding the right personnel according to the requirements
• Using internal database to match the right person to the sites vacancy
• Visiting PMs/Clients/Employees to build and develop a relationship
• Receiving & reviewing applications,
• Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary (negotiation) and benefits of the job in question
• Preparing CVs (formatting) and correspondence to forward to the responsible person
• Informing candidate about the results of their interviews
• Presenting a weekly overview of the current recruitment status
• Finally yet importantly coordinating all necessary steps of the hiring process.

• Obtains approval from the relevant authorities
• Prepares and presents required documents to obtain, renew, and cancel entry permits (e.g., transit, visit, employment, group, and residence) for firm employees and their immediate family members.
• Coordinates obtaining foreign visas for employees travelling on business trips.
• Keeps abreast of changes in local laws and ensures compliance with these laws.
• Completes special projects regarding various issues as needed.
• Promotes effective work practices, works as a team member, and shows respect for co-workers.
