• Review & check engineering studies, pre-qualification, submitted shop drawings, Load schedule &, low current systems.technical submittals against contract drawings project specifications, local authorities, codes & international standards.
• Perform site inspection for all electrical & oow current system.
• Ensure that all the project works are carried out in accordance with the specifications, approved drawings & local authorities’ requirements.
• knowledge of low current systems, CCTV, GREMS, access control, AV, PA, Fire Alarm, Voice evacuation, Emergency light, IPTV, SMATV, Structured cabling, Gate Barrier, Panic System, BMS, Earthling & Lightning Protection etc...
• Communicates and coordinates with all Disciplines, various consultants and Stakeholders daily and do necessarily follow up to obtain the approval from authorities like DEWA, DU, Etisalat, Civil defense and SIRA etc.
• Keeping all project related documentation in compliance with all standards, local authorities, client requirements, procedures.
• Attend meetings and workshops with the Authorities, contractor, and client for the Implementation of Electrical Works in Coordination with other related engineering works (structural, Architecture, Mechanical).
• Preparing Site Instructions and NCR for Electrical works based on the quality and Project standards to make sure Contractor follows correct execution of work.
• Witness the entire FAT & SAT test for all electrical systems.
• Technical evaluation as well as peer review of the Project requirements.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including preparing reports with progress photos.
• Reply to RFI’s for the contractor queries on site & for design drawings.
• Handover prject to client snag, densag, QCR & DLP etc..
• Familiar with BS standards, EWE, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, SIRA, GRA, CIVIL DEFENSE.
• Ensure relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.
• Site supervision for complete Electrical system & all low current systems.
• Plan & design of complete LV, ELV services as per client requirement and authority regulations
• Full knowledge, performing detail engineering design and expertise in lighting, power, load schedule, SLD, shop drawings, voltage drop calculation, Cable Sizing and selection of Circuit Breakers, Transformers, Generators, UPS etc..
• Managing execution of all on-site works as per approved drawing for MEP, LV& ELV systems along with co-ordination with other services.
• Co-ordinate engineering departments on all aspects during the development of works and confirming the design with requirements.
• Participate and witness the Installation of Electrical Major equipment in the project etc.
• Review Shop drawings, Material submissions & Technical design calculations as per therequirement in Contract drawings, BOQ & Technical specification and get approval from the Consultants and Statutory authorities.
• Keeping close watch on various activities of Project (like delivery of materials, site clearance, duration of activities etc.) and updating the Project Manager on any Risk foreseen for project completion and providing suggestions.
• Conduct detailed engineering drawing reviews and follow up with construction contractor’s progress to monitor that construction progress is aligned with technical drawings.\
• Preparing the variation statement for the project as per the additional work executed.
• Coordinating the engineering documents with civil, mechanical, piping department for the effectiveness, correctness and quality of engineering design.
• Scheduling & planning the work according to Site clearance and work front. Managing the site as well as interacting with Other Contractor, Consultant, and Client.
• Floating enquiries and obtain back-up quotations from suppliers for material finalization.
• Obtaining approvals of drawings / material submittals from concerned authority consultant.
• Ensure healthy working condition between supervisors / foremen and workers.
• Installation of MV Panels, T, LV Panels, MCC Panels, UPS Panels, Capacitor Bank Panels, MDB’s, EMDB’s, All type of DB’s & their cabling connection, Cable Tray, Lightning Protection, Earthing system, Trunking and Light Fittings.
• Directing all technical Staff, Skilled Technician & Electricians force on day-to-day activities and Execution of Works with safety Man Hours.

• Aware of single line diagram for medium voltage, low voltage, Layout of cable routing, Feeder data, Lighting and Power Panel board, Schedule drawings, Builders work drawings.
• Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

• Ensuring the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time, quality standards and project specific.
• Monitoring sub-contractor works progress, check quality of works as per project specifications & approved drawings.
• Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target.
• Follow up with specialists for material submittals in line with approved schedule.
