 Perform complete Financial Analysis of company in order to recommend appropriate credit facilities to minimize risk in this regard, the following is conducted:
o Assess Company’s credit worthiness through applying a detailed analysis of the quantitative & qualitative data of their financial statements.
o Applying vertical & horizontal analysis to determine the development of their financial performance trend and weight wise, cash flow analysis, asset quality, and capital structure.
o Analysis the cash flows from operating activities, and evaluating the client's ability to meet the financial burdens, as well as making sure of granting the client appropriate credit facilities and examine debt repayment capacity under different scenarios.
o The analysis includes assessing feasibility studies, projected financial statements and accounts of existing & new clients, performing peer analysis, creating market intelligence and understanding of the industries etc.
o Use financial modeling tools and own market intelligence to make sensible projections, cash flow analysis, debt service ability under stress scenarios and optimum financing structure recommendation.
o Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress tests on the client’s financial statements and the capital structure to measure debt repayment capacity.
o Early Warning signals are monitored in order to track the financial performance of the client and see if any deterioration of financial performance through a combination of percentages that are measured so that the bank can evaluate the client’s credit worthiness and then take the appropriate action in a timely manner.
o Analysis of the collaterals provided through a set of conditions to be provided and apply suitable Financial Covenants where required.
o Recommend credit facilities request based on the above comprehensive analysis which best protect bank’s Interest.
 Attends on need basis customer meetings in order to be better informed with the company business model and the industry characteristics.
 Attend the Senior Credit Committee for any discussions or clarification required from the credit committee.
 Prepare monthly executive summary report of Corporate Credit Portfolio for Top Management Review.

• Conduct Credit reviews and ensure credit quality through ongoing analysis of portfolios. Such review process should be completed in a timely manner as set by the credit policy guide and work procedures established by the Division head.
• Maintain regular contact with customers in order to follow up loan payments, dues, or overdue and ensure eventual payments, as well as to provide close attention to criticized loans.
• Identify future bad and doubtful accounts in order to advice and give assistance to reduce that risk, as well as, to identify any problems proactively.
• Market new accounts relevant to the division as has been assigned and ensure the quality of the accounts that are being marketed. In addition, the individual should on an ongoing basis attempt to explore opportunities to develop the existing portfolio and to cross sell all banks products.
• Ensure the build up of a new customer file in terms of proper company’s documentation, securities and facilities proposals.
• Maintain existing customer’s satisfaction with the bank’s services.
• Ensure that comprehensive comments on exception returns and excesses over board limits relevant to his/her accounts are properly and timely delivered.
• Ensure that instructions and policies laid down by CBE and his/her superior are observed.
• Revise that all regular required reports are promptly prepared and completed by the administrative assistants.
