- Experience of working in retail banking collection and customer service for Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait

*Prepare monthly report of the delayed customers.
*Prepare monthly 1st, 2nd, 3rd reminders and send it to customers.
*Follow up the pending p-due and collection with the customers.
*Update the system with actions and customers status.
*Decision of place or remove the customer from irregular accounts code.
*Coordinate with Branches.
*Transfer non - cooperating customers to legal department.
*Checking on the exact delinquency amount at the bank.
*Identifying whether the client has a previous legal record.
*Checking on the client’s status at work.
*Trace reasons of irregularities & assist in rectifying them.
*Prepare reports and correspondence on each delinquent account to remain in the Unit and to circulate to other departments or branches upon request.
*Mail the necessary correspondence to the client as well as to any parties of relevance.
*Recommend the cancellation or reduction of credit card limits & other products in accordance with existing policy.
*Reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annually on Non-Performing loans and credit cards
*Accommodate customer inquires & customer complaints
*Participated Government Fund.
*Participated Family Fund.
