1- To put the work plan with PM ( Time, Budget, Manpower) to avoid exceed deadline
2-To divide the works as zoning and to make sure the qualification of workers.
3-Follow up the works step by step as per approved technically drawings and spec's
4-To make sure that the quantities of materials delivered to site as per SAM.
5-To collect all letters and invoices of deliveries that submitted to site
6-To prepare RFI.
7- To inform PM for any delay map happen
8- To submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to PM in related to the workers remark for evaluation the progress of the project (scope of work)
9-Daily workshop if needed
10-finishing follow up and interfaces connection details
11-Solution on site to any problem facing
12-Follow work schedule progress and controlled to avoid exceed deadline
13-Priority tasks ( materials to be manufactured outside KSA)
14-Work under pressure until achieve the goal without exceed deadline

I worked at “Saudi Oger Limited Co “Saudi Arabia as Senior Architect in the Engineering design department and execution team ( site & office)

1- Project: “Haramain High Speed Rail Jeddah and Rabegh Railway station”
 Phase I Package 2 covers construction of four of the five stations. Starting in February 2011, Jeddah Station was awarded to Saudi Oger ltd.. El Seif, Saudi Bin Laden & Yapi Merkezi were awarded the other 3 stations for this Phase.
 Total Contract Value for Jeddah Station: US$ 800 Million.
 Designer: Foster + Partners Buro Happold
 Consultant: Dar Al-Handasah.
 Owner: Saudi Railway Organization.
 Area: 461000 m2.
Main responsibilities: Team leader Architect of HHR project in Jeddah and Rabegh cities

Job Description:
1- To review the Architectural drawings and coordination between various trades ( MEP, Str, Landscape)
2- To Review & approve the shop drawings, technical Details and methode statments.

problems faced in the project as engineering team.
4- Prepare the TQ’s and submission to the consultant for approval.
5- Follow up the site execution step by step to avoid any technical problems & in particular related to the interfaces connections details.

Job Description: review, coordinate and follow up the drawings that we received from Oger inter CO and Saudi oger in regard to the trades before we send them to site in addition to successive visitations to the site.

Main responsibilities: Senior Design coordinator between Oger Int and contractors/suppliers in addition to my work on the site as team leader Engineer

2006-2007 : I worked at "KHATIB and ALAMI" consolidated Engineering Company
Main responsibilities: My duties comprise both engineering and financial evaluation for damage residential units affected by the israel attack between july 12th and august 14/2006 (war Damage assessment, operational and technical audit that lead to financial reports to clients), and also I have rechecked on the sites engineers to all damage places .
Job description 1- perform independently, based on field and physical engineering inspections, evaluation of the damage for every individual unit.
2-reconcile our evaluation with the evaluation of the south council or the ministry of displaced for such unit
