Caseload of 20 students, with individual sessions. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to meet IEP goals and objectives. Training courses for staff about the therapy. How to deal with Hearing and Speech problems inside the classroom. Represents the school at external promotion events.
Coordinate the activities of teachers and support staff for school special education and inclusion programs. Provide leadership and utilize decision-making skills to oversee the instructional programs for entire levels, and grades students attending in the school, Responsible for the schooling of students with special needs and inclusion.

• During 2003 assumed Elementary Teacher position temporarily during the ‘Operation Iraqi Freedom’ emergency situation
