Inward remittance payments
• Operations of FX payments and local currency transfers for all internal customers, corporate customers including Government Authorities.
• Provide support service in payments processing for corporate customers directly approaching payments center
• Execute high value payments in local and foreign currencies in full compliance with foreign exchange & CB regulations.
• Provide support to all NBAD departments and branches in posting Treasury Books entries.
• Provide direct operational relationship support to major corporate accounts like ADIA, ADIC, ADNOC, ADGAS and Gov .of Abu Dhabi.
• Authorize payments at high at high accuracy in a risk averse paradigm
• Ensure all payments are in Compliance with AML and OFAC sanctions
• Adhere to your individual duties and responsibilities and support the team to deliver service excellence
• Manage/Monitor authorizers’ targets and ensure all capacities are properly allocated.
• Meet critical authorization deadlines and SLAs for all tasks allocated.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with colleagues within the unit and all other departments.
• Proactively work with the payments team leader, to support service delivery and individual performance.
• Responsible for ensuring all enquiries and customers complaints are settled before End Of Day.
• Ensure proper work distribution among officers to enable all meet their daily targets and achieve higher efficiency rates.

• Check the Nostro and Inter branch trial and ensure all balances are within approved limits
• Check the spot asset revaluation report and ensure open positions within approved limits
• Manage and consolidate drawings for inward, outward, online and DBD branches to prepare the appropriate covering
• Replenish Nostro accounts through Global Market Operation within the cut off time.
