Hill is the CM of the National Museum of Qatar owned by QMA and as an architect reporting to the Design Manager with hill my job description covers the following:
• Chairing design coordination workshops.
• Reviewing BIM models per contract, specifications and IFC.
• Reviewing Shop Drawings per contract, specifications and IFC.
• Reviewing Material Transmittal per contract, specifications and IFC.
• Reviewing Technical Deviations Requests per contract, specifications and IFC.
• Reviewing Deviations Requests from the Preferred Vendor List per contract, specifications and IFC.
(reporting to the Design and Technical Manager, managing a team of 8 architects and 15 draughtsman, planning and controlling the Drawings' preparation this includes naming SMART deliverables, assigning tasks, coordinating amongst related parties i.e; MEP sub-contractors and interior designer in order to gain needed information in the right hands and on time and working out the conflicts and discrepancies amongst them, tracking the job progress against time line, quality, and cost, enhancing the communication amongst related teams, minimizing time and cost impact, ensuring on-time within budget and reasonable quality SMART deliverables)

Cladding Designer (The Dubai Mall)
Challenging the design to minimize waste, maximize value and reduce risk.
Implementing agreed processes for the production, control and distribution of design information at different stages of the process.
Ensuring regular progress reporting of the design, including production, coordination and interfaces, against a timeline.
Ensuring design information is thoroughly reviewed: for buildability, safety and maintainability, ‘completeness’ and technical suitability before use.
Carrying out design work in accordance with relevant, recognized standards, codes and guidelines
Supervising and check the work of CAD staff producing drawings

Ensuring to place a high emphasis on design activities in designing out safety issues, and give them top priority
Ensuring that design documents for the project reflect high accuracy and technical quality as well as economical design.
Training students of Turkish and Greek universities trough YIESTA program.

Responsible of allocating tasks and managing workload for engineers ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
