Ensure new materials and pack formats are delivered to agreed, effective performance specifications and in a timely manner
Provide production sites with Packaging Technical Support in order to confirm and ensure that the material specifications are fit-for-purpose, both in terms of production line compatibility and trade performance
Provide and facilitate links between Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Services and Production in line with the Innovation Process
Develop rigorous and meaningful performance specifications, supported by supplier audits, material performance audits and warehouse/trade/retail assessments and reports to confirm their success
Ensure material standards are accurate and available to all interested parties
Continuously investigate new ideas and material developments, with a view to improving both production line, trade and retail package performance
To maintain and aid in the development of the departmental quality and environmental management systems and to promote quality awareness across the business
Participate in value engineering and Cost of Goods Sold activity, identifying opportunities and facilitating implementation.
Operate internally and externally as the acknowledged expert in the field of packaging materials and technology & Joint responsibility for facilitation of the Innovation Process.
Ensure optimization of packaging cost and elimination of losses.

To direct, organise & control Packing to agreed product quality assurance & food hygiene standards
To organise, assist and direct all projects related to packaging and operation within the agreed parameters of Cost saving, Quality, Safety. All within the time frame to ensure safe and optimum operational cost of the packaging operation in close coordination with all the mechanical, electrical, purchasing, marketing and supply planning departments.

Responsible for managing production, packaging, maintenance, ware-housing, loading, receiving, dispatching and sales support in coordination with the Finance and Sales team of the plant
• Organized and managed daily/weekly/monthly physical inventories and investigated inventory discrepancies, vendor and customers receipt errors
• Conducting vendor reviews and raising supply base issues affecting production plan and delivery
• Forecasting & planning raw materials receipt with zero production idle time, optimizing the ordering cycle
• Developed and analyzed statistical data and product specifications to determine production standards and established proposed quality and reliability levels of finished product
• Scrutinized staffing plans, work schedules, budgets, time lines, assigned duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
Main responsibility is to direct, organize and control the packaging of products up to the agreed product quality assurance and food hygiene standards. Main responsibility is to managing to achieves the agreed weekly target sorting labors and machines operators controlling the finish product stock level going to the warehouse and from the warehouse and applying the FIFO of it conducting monthly inventory in to the stocks at the warehouse.
Main responsibility is to control the raw material for the packaging from receiving and issuing to the packaging lines monitoring the material stock level by coordinating with the purchasing, planning team and the supplier and also by applying the FIFO
Main responsibility is to operating packaging machines and FFS machines with the full speed and also by maintaining the best quality of the finish product
