The production manager of 1.9 mtpy HYL III direct reduction plant
Taking the HYL III direct reduction plant from construction stage through the commissioning stage till the startup stage.
Responsible for plant parameters adjustment.
Making SOP's for the production department.
Using experience and tools to maintain the product quality.
Monitor the process performance, addresses production/process bottlenecks for a better output and greater stability
Making daily working parameters.
Checking the plant daily for any abnormalities.
Reviewing and updating of job description.
Preparing production department annual budget.
Reviewing Production department KPI’s.
Monitoring and adjusting plant specific consumption.
Adjusting production plan.
Producing production order.
Investigation of various plant problems.
Producing daily and monthly reports.
Study and analyze of various plant trips and/or quality loss.
Training and coaching of newly hired engineers.
Preparing on job training for control room and field technicians
Monitor the process performance, addresses production/process bottlenecks for a better output or greater stability
Develop preventive process mastery
Develop and update technical database
Build and facilitate training courses
Develop and update technical database
