* Responsible for overall project management plan from initiation to final sign-off.

* Project Manager for Ministry of Justice & Federal Court Complex project - Abu Dhabi for the
following ELV Systems (Structure Cabling for 6000 Tel/Data, CCTV with +800 cameras, Access Control
System for 300 doors, Public Address System/BGM with +500 speakers, Master Clock system for 160 IP
clocks & Time Attendance with 12 units)
* Project Manager for Abu Dhabi Police - Police Vehicles CCTV System for 75 vehicles (Streamax) and
Special Building Intercom System with 40 intercom units (COMMEND).
* Project Manager for Abu Dhabi Municipality CCTV Project with 150 cameras (Hikvision & SAMSUNG)
and VMS (DigiFort).
* Project Manager for EHAF Residential Tower (30 floors) - Abu Dhabi including the following systems
(Structure Cabling 1200 Tel/Data, CCTV for 200 cameras, ACS for 40 doors, Gate Barrier, Video

Project manager for Al-Ain Convention Centre CCTV & ACS project (Implementation the project with
+200 CCTV cameras (PELCO), structure cabling (UTP & Fiber), Data Center & IDF’s preparation, CCTV
control room preparation. Implementation ACS system for 60 doors with cabling, hardware &
software installation & Configuration).
* Project manager for Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center CCTV & ACS project (Implementation the
project with over 1100 CCTV cameras (PELCO), structure cabling (UTP & Fiber), Data Centers & IDF’s
preparation, CCTV control room preparation. Implementation ACS system for 100 doors with cabling,
hardware & software installation & Configuration).
Responsibilities
* Preparing VMS server with needed components & DB required installing VMS
* Preparing technical Proposals for the CCTV tenders.
* Offered post and presales technical support for current and new customers.
* Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation to achieve the project target
completion date
* Systems Integration design to meet the specification
* Preparing System Integration Drawings using Microsoft Visio Software
* Providing IT related solutions for the integration of the Extra Low Voltage Systems for projects
* Supervise subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for
timely delivery of equipment’s

Install and prepare tools required for proper functioning of applications on regular basis
* Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions
* Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to
problems and prepare reports for all problems
