- Evaluates the need for, organizes and represents specialty career fairs for recruiting purposes.
- Develops ads and works with agencies regarding timing and placement of ads in selected newspapers.
- Collects, reviews and screens resumes matching candidate skills and abilities with current job vacancies.
- Negotiates contracts with recruitment and advertising agencies on fees and conditions.
- Develops professional relationships with local organizations and colleges.
- Analyzes agency performance and continually seeks those agencies that can provide a qualified pool of candidates at any given time.
