My Responsibility:
1. Supervision at the work site and making P.T.W for the work
2. Always use approved quality of tools and equipment
3. Workers' education before starting work
4. Planning, identify risks and develop protection mechanism of the high-frequency or risk damage
5. Investigate during Incidents, Injuries, and Accidents.
6. Statistics minute work for work-related accidents
7. Participation in the meetings of the Committee on Occupational Safety
8. Work on the deployment of preventive culture.
9. Create a records of occupational diseases and chronic diseases and incidents of serious work-related injuries
10. Develop a plan sensitization and training of workers on the implementation of a plan of prevention
11. Ascertain the availability and safety of equipment and instruments emergency such as fire extinguishers and first aid boxes
12. Development of an integrated plan for the evacuation process to ensure the readiness of emergency exits and determine meeting rooms away from the danger.
13. Follow-up maintenance of all equipment occupational safety work and to ensure readiness in All circumstances.
14. Give training courses in safety for all workers in the project
15. Supervision of installation and commissioning process and make sure there is installation and operating permit.
16. Locating dangerous of all facilities unity of workshops and laboratories and Maintain all
17. QHSE files workers the importance of writing stop cards
18. Implemented safety measures & effective strategies to reduce risks and hence improved safety.
19. Manage Fire, H2S, Gas, and Security Drills
20. Making daily report to the management
21. Inspection: (inspection of the collection of the work site facilities include workshops, laboratories and equipment, cranes, scaffolding, boards and electricity connections, etc.)
