• Providing full life-cycle recruitment (Sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, reference check, security check, medical check-up, pre-boarding, negotiation and offering)
• Recruiting for high volume roles at various levels including Analyst up until Chief level

• Represent the company in career fairs to establish and maintain good relationships within KSA market
• Create a TA dashboard by Power BI
• Update TA log to extract weekly report
• Recruit for THIQAH clients as per their needs and requests
• Working closely with the HC Ops to ensure smoothly onboarding
Freelancer
- Responsibile for all levels of positions (entry, mid and senior). supporting all the departments for their needs.
- Sourcing/Searching for CVs internal and external applicants' database and social platforms(LinkedIn/Bayt.com), to shortlist the most suitable applicants with department management.
- Conduct physical/phone interviews to assess the candidates and perform reference check if needed.
- Scheduling interviews with hiring manager and follow up the interview status.
- Communicate with the selected candidates to get the required documents.
- Ensure candidate files are completed, and follow up with the candidate if it's not.
- Negotiate the salary with the accepted candidates.
- Prepare job offer and employment contract.
- Inform the Onboarding team regarding the new joiners.
- Update Talent Acquisition log to extract weekly/monthly reports.
- Established TA Dashboard.
- Represent the company in job fairs and careers.
- Managing HRDF accounts activities and programs.
- Managing partnerships with several educational institutes (e.g. King Saud University, Prince Sultan University, TVTC...etc).
- Building talent pool of applicants that are initially assessed to be ready for planned and foretasted positions.
