In Moalem Institute, I still working As Training Advisor.
The Training Advisor Job is the linking Point between the Institute and the Companies. He cares about small & big things in the company training from the starting call to ending call ( All The Treatments ).
Also calls the companies, taking to the Training Managers to meet them and give him fill Details about the courses in the Institute.
After that the Training Advisor sends Quotations letter to get the conformations letter.
And arranges the course in the institute ( Books, Attendances, Invoices and Student Progress Report……est. ).
Finally, in the ending courses, ask the Training Manager how the training staffs, the advantage & disadvantage of the course program and if they want to renew for the new courses.
