Job Responsibility-
Handle Operation & Maintenance Electrical works, Site work & documentation work, including making & maintain daily report, monthly reports, LPO, invoices preparing BOQ, estimation.
Responsible in handling electrical problems or electrical engineering issues at a building, work site or other location.
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
Having very good knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical Interface, Schematic Wiring, Schematic Components (Parent/Child), Multi-wire and Circuits, Schematic Components Editing, Point-to-Point Wiring, Inserting PLC Symbols, Terminals and Terminal Strips, Custom Components, Panel Layouts, Panel Custom Components, PLC Modules, , Custom Data, Schematic Reports
Plan and done building surveys, Insurance surveys and development of the Due Diligence reports, annual and 5 Year Asset Maintenance Plans, Energy Management Plans and the Condition Survey managed 3rd Party Inspections with external parties.
Carrying out risk assessments and develop Method Statements to ensure all operatives and tasks are carried out safely in accordance to various Engineering Standard and UAE regulations
Health Point Hospital -The 223, 000-square foot hospital and the 97, 000-square foot clinic are constructed on a 329, 000-square foot podium and comprise 78 beds over five floors with two levels of underground parking for 400 cars. The facility's objective was to create a robust and fully integrated private healthcare infrastructure in Abudhabi, designed around the needs of the patient and with an absolute commitment to quality. Job Responsibility-
Develop and successfully deliver a training matrix and regular tool box plan of maintenance for the development of staff into multi-skilled productivity in accordance HSE regulations, municipal by-laws, government legislation and Building codes.
Plan and Deliver preventive / Reactive maintenance and repair work on facility assets and installed systems as well Maintain all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system in accordance to Manufacturer recommendation.
Perform facility periodic inspections and report on condition affecting operations managed all specialist contractor preventive and corrective Maintenance contracts and activities.
Respond accordingly to emergencies, Prepare and submit summary reports like Incident and accident of conditions in building and recommend actions to be taken in Weekly, Monthly and quarterly reports and attending meetings and workshops.
Managed all facility equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems by Complying with all safety procedures and contact requirements.
Support client activities and completed task as required, Attend training sessions and seminars; and assigned tasks as requested.

Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and support of electrical engineering projects to ensure safety and compliance with customer requirements and local, state laws and regulations by supervising a team of electrical team of 15 technicians.

Delivered preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment in the plant, like Electrical ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, and BMS etc.) are in compliance with drawings, required specifications and standards.
Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation in order to achieve the contract and project target completion date in relation to KPI and SLA.
Report to the Senior Manager of site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance by Keeping records and related data regularly, Attend site meetings regularly and liaise with others stakeholders for details of works and coordination of requirements
