Every day calling to customer just to keep in touch with them. 5. Promoting products, sales promotions to customers 6. Selling bank various products like Auto's finance, banc assurance, credit card, personal Loan, wealth management 7. Strongly believe in Customer relationship management (CRM) 8. Achieving my monthly / semiannually and annually targets by keeping in view all (KIP's)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support to open and link new accounts on one source.
2. Perform as key contact for selected customer relationship under banker guidance.
3. Review independently all documents and link entire customer accounts to suitable relationship. Implement and supervise all trade activities.
4. Develop and oversee relationship with clients performing alongside relationship manager to ensure top level service provided to client.
5. Collect mandatory information to analyze client situation.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Compile and sort invoices and cheque.
2. Handle accounting transactions and bookkeeping tasks.
3. Reconciles bank statement with general ledger.
4. Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.
5. Cash reconcile by the petty cash and cash book.
6. Implementing proper cut off inventory and bookkeeping records.
7. Dealing directly with customers and monitor transactions.
8. Knowhow of visa application and document typing.
