-Review the approved drawings and BOQ.
-Plan and coordinate with production team and store for material and delivery as per approved program for the installation.
-Arrange the required Manpower as per approved histogram and manage the duty schedule for manpower at the site (Manpower plan approved by PM).
-Prepare the site logistic plan.
-Ensure proper coordination and communication with Client/Main contractor for all site issues like site access, clearance, material inspection request, etc.
-Ensuring that the production of the execution studies complies with the schedule of work, phasing, and methods defined by the production team.
-Ensure the work is done within the allocated budget.
-Monitor the subcontractors and suppliers progress and deliveries.
-Attend site meetings.
-Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and monthly report of executed work for invoicing.
