Project summary:
CONTRACTOR’s scope of WORK under this CONTRACT shall include Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the following Facilities:
Crude Oil Trains 3, 4 and 5 and its associated facilities;
Garraf River Water Intake System Upgrade.
EPCC, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the following Facilities:
Crude Oil Trains 3, 4 and 5 and its associated facilities including oil processing system, chemical injection system, oil storage system, oil metering and export system, close & open drain system and LP & ATM flare system etc.
Garraf River Water Intake System Upgrade including the new two sets of river water treatment system and the 14’’ 8 km HDPE water pipe line from WIS to GIFT.
EPCC the contract for engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning. The North Azadegan Oil field surface facilities Development Project with a refining capacity of 75000 barrels per day.
The North Azadegan Oil field surface facilities Development Project, covers
Field surface facilities: Total of 58 N0s new wells, 02 water injection pipelines, Gas Lift artificial method, Construct of Oil gathering flow lines, 07 Oil gathering manifolds (OGMs), 18’’& 16’’ trunk lines. Equipment’s: Close Drain Drum, Test Separator, Chemical injection skid, Pig launcher, Vent pipe/flame arrestor etc.
Export Pipe lines: 85 KM 16’’ Oil export Pipe line and 120 KM 12’’ Gas export Pipe line The scope also includes EPCC work for Valve Stations, Metering Systems, Launcher and Receiver Stations, Fiber Optical Cables, as well as road, Canal and rail crossings and installation of Trap stations.
Central process facilities: Oil storage and Transportation area, Oil Treatment & Heat medium area, Gas processing area, Produced Water Treatment area, Service building & firefighting area, Flare stack area, Electrical Power Plant and piping.
Storage Tanks: The design, fabrication, installation, erection, testing, commissioning of welded steel above ground storage tanks (09 N0s) and meet the requirement of API 650.
Gas Turbine Power Plant
Installation of Gas Turbine driven power plant (48.8 MW) related equipment’s & accessories.
Project Summary: The Yanbu Export refinery project is the development and installation of new Grass roots refinery. The situation is also exacerbated in that other lines: 18’’ ethane, 16’’ &6’’ Butane, 30’’ lateral, 8’’ flare pipelines, utility pipelines and installation of new scraper 26’’, 18’’& 6’’
Project Summary
Construction, Installation/ erection, testing and mechanically complete all the civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works and provide Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Assistance for installation of(02) N0s of Reciprocating Compressors . Dismantling the (01) N0 Turbo compressor.
