Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing total construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, design, budget and schedule.
- Communicating with the client's representatives, consultants, and engineers in order to obtain decisions and secure acceptance/approvals.
- Planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising sites functions such as: scheduling, engineering, material control, purchasing, labor, equipment and subcontractors.
- Reading and Interpreting tender documentation, plans and specifications.
- Reviewing tender drawings and specifications, Manage development of the workshop drawings (civil, architectural and MEP) based on contract, stake holders requirements, as well as site conditions.
- Coordinating with the clients & consultants with regards to change management, and issue change orders and associated project payments.
- Planning and coordinating labor resources, procurement and materials, plant and equipment and ensuring that they are effectively utilized in accordance with projects’ objectives/plan.
- Consulting with Architects, engineers and other professionals: technical and trades workers.
- Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites.
- Ensuring adherence to standards of performance, quality, cost and safety.
- Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work.
- Planning and hiring necessary human resources.
- Outsourcing needed subcontractors and negotiating terms.
- Establish, develop and maintain professional relationship with key stakeholders.
- Identifying risks, planning risk responses, and resolving problems.
Projects Executed:
-Metro Market, Nasr city branch:
Scope is renovation works for façades and interior; including civil, architectural, and MEP works for Metro Market in Nasr city; that consisted of: basement and ground floor with a total built up area of 1700 m2 (17 Million EGP).
-Dar Misr Mall in El Sherouk city:
Scope is construction and finishing works including all civil and architectural works for Dar Misr Mall in El Sherouk city, consisting of (basement+ground+2 floors) with a total built up area accounting to 18000 m2 (45 Million EGP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing on behalf of the client and coordinating different job functions and disciplines (civil, architectural and MEP).
- Planning, allocating, managing, coaching, supporting, and directing the staff members and engineering disciplines; architectural, mechanical and electrical and projects managers on site.
- Manage a program to construct dialysis centers in multi locations in coordinated way to ensure best benefit/use of available resources and standardization of projects.
- Coordinating and negotiating with the client and contractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Track progress, quality and performance related to all parties involved, including project teams and contractors; through site visits, weekly reports and daily instant messages to ensure projects are progressing according to approved plans, time, cost and standards whilst recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure contractors' compliance to contractual obligations, client requirements, and that deliverables are meeting the approved standards.
- Monitor activities to guarantee that they are conducted correctly and on schedule up to the tender documentation, drawings, and (BOQ).
- Assist in formulating effective site plans and project strategies to ensure that hired contractors are working effectively.
- Play as the focal point of contact between client and the firm.
- Communicating with client representatives, Ministry of Health's representatives and key stakeholders, and participating in project review meetings for tracking projects progress and resolve issues that affecting projects performance.
- Action the financial approval of contractors work.
- Review and approve weekly and monthly reports and distribute them to Davita and the Ministry of Health to keep them informed of progress.
- Review and identify conflicts between the design requirements and/or existing conditions that may require a clarification or change, and coordinate with the Client.

DaVita Care KSA 7 Dialysis centers in Saudi Arabia:
ALMAJAZ was appointed as the main consultant by DaVita Care KSA to provide the complete consultancy services and project management services for architectural/MEP construction and Fit-out works for 7 dialysis centers with capacity (47-24 dialysis chairs) located in different locations across the country:
- DaVita Dialysis center in AlSweedy - Riyadh
- DaVita Dialysis center in Aziziah - Riyadh
- DaVita Dialysis center in AlKharj
- DaVita Dialysis center in Buraidah - AlQassim
- DaVita Dialysis center in AlEhsaa
- DaVita Dialysis center in Abha
- DaVita Dialysis center in Sabya - Jazan

-EBE Bank, Head Office Building in New Cairo:
Scope is to provide the complete consultancy services, for EBE bank head office building (B+G+6) which included construction works for all facades (structure glazing & aluminum composite cladding) including skeleton studies and modifications.
-Oilbya-misr, Head Office Building in New Cairo:
Scope is to provide the complete consultancy services for Oilbya-misr head office building (B+ G+6); that included: full renovation for all facades (structure glazing, aluminum composite cladding & sky light) and exterior Skelton studies and modifications, interior renovation for architectural/MEP works and landscape finishing, and BUA of 22000 m2.
-Oilbya-misr, gas station in Cairo international airport:
Scope is to provide the complete consultancy services, for construction and finishing of Oilbya-misr gas station in Cairo international airport; that included civil and architectural works for the main shed, the parking shed, administration building, and landscape finishing for the station's concrete floor on an area of 10000 m2.

Scope is to provide complete consultancy services and project management services for architectural/ MEP construction work for interior and exterior finishing for 5 branches and 1 banking unit, located in different locations across the country:
- United Bank- Renovation of El Said sports club branch
- United Bank- Fit-out of October 6 University banking unit
- United Bank- Fit-out of October 6 branch

Scope is construction and finishing works that included Civil and Architectural work for 4 towers located in Zahraa AlMaadi; consisting of (basement+ground+16 Floors).
-Egypt Air Hospital in Cairo:
Scope is renovation works for Façades & Interior partial renovation including Civil, Architectural and MEP works for Egypt Air Hospital, including reception, entrance, kidney unit, cafeteria, mortuary room and landscape, Exterior works including façade finishing (structure glazing & Aluminum composite cladding) and façade shed.
-Meridian hotel Mock-up rooms in Cairo international airport:
Scope is construction, Fit-out and furniture works including all Civil, Architectural and MEP works for Meridian hotel Mock-up rooms in Cairo international airport, consist of Basement + Ground floor.
-2 Administration buildings for Arab Organization for Industries in Cairo-Suez road:
Scope is construction and Fit-out works including all Civil, Architectural and MEP works for 2 administration buildings, consist of Ground floor + 2 floors.

-2 Residential buildings in Al Rehab compound 5th stage:
Scope is Fit-out works including all Architectural/MEP works for two residential buildings that consist of: ground floor + 5 floors, including interior, exterior, and landscape finishing.
-15 Villas in Al Rehab compound 10th stage villas:
Scope is Fit-out works including all Architectural/MEP works for 15 villas Consists of ground floor + 1 + roof including interior, exterior and landscape finishing.

-Wadi El Nakheel compound - construction & partial finishing of 18 villas consists of two floors:
Scope is construction and partial finishing (Excavation up to plaster works); including Civil and Architectural works for 18 villas: consisting of ground floor + 1 + roof.
