• Handling guest and travel agents’ phone calls from all over the globe. Worked on Sabre and Amadeus GDS and have high proficiency in these systems.
• Assisting guests with fare enquiries, general enquiries, new reservations and bookings, changing existing reservations, product information, requesting additional services like limousine, special meals, special assistance etc.
• Issuing tickets, handling reissues, cancellation and refunds.
• Handling flight delays and cancellations including informing guests and re protecting them on other airlines.
• Assisting outstation offices with their enquiries and requests.
• Achieving the given monthly ticket sales target.
• Being an active team member whenever teams are created to promote special promotions or for any other specialized task.
• Liaising with different departments in the company to ensure guests needs are met in a timely and a satisfactorily manner.
• Assisting travel agents and trade partners with their queries and issues.
Work responsibilities include: -
• Providing first level phone and email support to entire Etihad network.
• Corresponding with relevant departments in order to get issues sorted out.
• Providing immediate 24 hour assistance in resolving and troubleshooting IT issues.
• Ensuring that proper IT procedures are followed and issues are properly resolved.
• Corresponding with various hardware vendors to meet the company’s IT requirements and service.
• Provide on call troubleshooting of hardware and software problems.
• Following up on IT related issues and complaints and ensuring that problems are smoothly resolved.
Work responsibilities include: -
• Check for real estate property in the local market.
• Undertake contracts and projects completion duties.
• Having meetings with investors and tell them about services.
• Reporting to Gen manager with multimedia presentations.
• Provide after sale feedback to clients.

• Prepared salaries, Projects, Assets/Vehicles records.
• Material/Inventory management.
• Petty Cash management
• Project reports.
• And various daily tasks.
