• Planning, Coordination and control of Transformer Manufacturing Processes. To ensure that Transformers are Produced efficiently and that the correct lot is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
• Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical problems are encountered before, during and after Task.
• Make day-to-day Production decisions to ensure that productions proceed smoothly.
• Inspects the quality of workmanship on finished goods, and schedules regular maintenance on machinery.
• To monitor activity and give directions to workers.
• Conduct regular performance review and meet individually with workers to help them identify ways to improve their techniques.
• Daily Progress Report Preparation.
• Operations and working of CNC Machines.
• Maintenance of CNC machines.
