JOB DUTIES AND DEPARTMENTS UNDER ARCHITECTURE DEPARTMENT:
o Design
o Building Control
o Possession
o Demarcation
Approximately 325 designs & 215 approval projects are processed in which both Residential and
Commercial projects are there, along with Possession processes, Demarcation and Building control
inspection departmental procedures.
REPORTING TO:
Directly reporting to Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) & Managing Director (M.D)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
To design the residential and commercial building as per client’s requirements and giving approval of
construction on the behalf of society.
To making the detail drawing of each of them for the construction as well as for Tehsil Municipal
Administration (TMA) approval (submission drawing).
To documenting status of residential and commercial buildings according to date of starting and
completing and checking/inspecting according to the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) bylaws.
To manage the site and visiting and resolving construction problems if it needs to be.
To taking application for the possessions of the plots and process them with coordination of accounts
department and town planner, issuing possession documents to the client.
To process the approval applications, residential and commercial for the construction on the behalf of
society by taking the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) submission drawings.
To scrutinized approval submission drawings to remove errors.
To giving demarcation on site after completing the processes.
JOB DUTIES:
International team leader and Inspecting team of architects and draftsmen.
Checking Drawing sets and details of projects for the delivery.
Designing 3D views with 3D visualizers and finalizing them with Seniors.
