• Following and improving document control procedures
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• Filing and archiving of documentation to facilitate easy retrieval at a later date.
• Ensuring updating the documents and keeping the latest revision and approved in company network drive & Data Management System (M-File)
• Conducting regular reviews and document audits
• Distributing generative reports in daily, weekly, & monthly bases as per company Matrix
• Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
• Responsible for updating and Maintenance of Registries of documentation.

• Retrieving files for department employees when required .
• Checking and editing documents for accuracy based on client standards and procedures .
• Controlling the flow of documents in/out of the department.
