• Manage day-to-day operations, financials and well-being of the various projects under my supervision
• Hire project managers, finalizing contracts, and design construction plans
• Create and manage project budgets
• Ensure that procurement of materials, supplies and equipment meets project needs
• Direct, measure, and report progress towards project goals
• Hire, manage, and evaluate superintendent staff
• Create and maintain a safe and secure worksite
• Overall responsibility for managing issues of project site safety and construction quality
• Develop the BIM 4D project delivery plan

• Formulate and apply Estidama compliance and green product procurement plans
• Re-engineer, value engineer and validate the design of mechanical services
• Develop the project earned-value-analysis cash flow plan
• Perform other duties as required by business needs and requested by the Company Management.
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large scale projects.
• Review high-level deliverables across projects.
• Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects.
• Maintain smooth relationships with high profile clients such as SCADIA, ADAC, AL-DAR and NDIA
• Lead and develop full scale of project plans and executions.
• Define the project scope of work, commercial plan and deliverables.
• Manage the compliance with statutory authority regulations
• Manage all aspects of the project business plan and budget.
• Manage the operational, financial and technological aspects of projects based on time-lines and work plans.
• Identify resources requirements, assign responsibilities and coordinate directly and indirectly project staff to ensure successful completion of the projects.
• Track projects deliveries using project management tools.
• Manage the design of the project documents to monitor project performance and data stored.
• Report on project progress and communicated relevant information to company management.
• Resolve, trace and escalated critical issues to minimize project risk factors.
• Mentor managers through formal channels.
• Lend expertise to internal teams and task forces.
• Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures.
Estimating:
Assist in the preparation of bid packages by providing field input, labour supply information, competitive intelligence and client expectation information.
General Management:
- Manage the Operations staff including Project Managers.
- Recruit, hire and develop staff to meet current and future organizational requirements
- Completion of all internal reports accurately and on time
- Completion and approval of administrative work
- Participation in the development of the Annual Budget Plan
- Manage the business unit in accordance with the Annual Budget Plan
Project Management:
Provide management leadership on project execution from project initiation to project closure to include:
- Completion of contractual requirements
- Communicate critical project requirements and details to Managers and Supervisors as required
- Assist in the coordination of manpower and equipment resources, subcontractors and material suppliers
- Lead, direct and support the CPM Best Practices
- Provide training and support to project management (and supervisory) personnel
Business Relationships and Business Development:
- Interface with client’s representatives and develop (or maintain) a positive working relationship
- Respond in a timely matter to inquiries regarding business opportunities
Safety:
- Fully implements Clients’ Health, Safety and Environmental manual on projects
- Monitor the implementation of safety, health, environment and loss prevention programs, practices, policies and procedures
- Review inspections with the Safety Manager and implement corrective action
- Investigate document environmental and safety incidents or accidents, taking corrective action
Quality:
- Fully implement Clients’ Quality Management manual and ensures compliance with the quality plans
- Reviews contracts to understand contractual requirements for QA /QC

- Manage day-to-day engineering, design, planning and safety aspects as well as on-site MEP activities.
- Liaise with different company departments to achieve the utmost performance and client satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with project budgets and program of works.
- Administer proper implementation of quality and safety plans.
- Manpower management and resources exploitation.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparation and follow up of valuations and coordinating with client on due payments.
- Prepare and follow up variation claims.
- Maintain relations with Clients/Consultants.
- Manage the project crew of all disciplines and trades of different levels.
Jebel Ali - Habab Pumping Stations (three typical high capacity pumping stations - 11000 m3/day each):
- Supervising project engineering and on-site activities.
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Monitoring of project budget.
- Manpower management and resources exploitation.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparation and follow up of valuations and coordinating with client on due payments.
- Installation, testing, commissioning and startup / handing over to end-user of gas turbine power generators.
- Troubleshooting / problem solving of startup and calibration difficulties.
- Assist in startup of new electromechanical department.
- Assist in formulation of business overview and objectives of the new department for short, medium and long term.
- Forecast potential projects.
- Oversee and evaluate of management performance in several projects.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate between production plant (fire protection equipment) and projects department.
- Oversee performance of sales and marketing department through target assessment.
- Development of sales and marketing tactics.
- Forecast potential clients / markets.
All engineering duties comprising design, estimation, quantity survey, project scheduling, drawings, submittals, on-site supervision, maintenance and handing over for different kinds of large scale projects as follows:
- Abu Zeghan Pipeline - Jordan valley:
φ1400 mm, 5 km length gravity black steel pipeline.
- Tabaqet Fahel Pumping Stations - Jordan Valley
Three typical pumping stations with four pumps each (625 l/s @ 25 bar/pump) and one with four pumps (625 l/s @ 32 bar/pump)
- Baqa’a wastewater Treatment Plant - Amman, Jordan
Wastewater Treatment Plant @ 7500 m3/day.
- Zay Pumping Stations - Jordan Valley
Four typical pumping stations three pumps each (1500 m3/hr @ 25 bar/pump).
- Samra Pipeline - Amman, Jordan
φ1500 mm, 32 km length gravity black steel pipeline.
- Eshadiya Phosphate Mines - Ma’an, Jordan
Pressure control and surge anticipation system for pumping station with three pumps (1200 m3/hr @ 16 bar/pump) and water filtration system.
