• Elaborate the data target architecture
• Identify missing data in the current state that are required to support target business processes
• Define at high level required process/tools/applications to collect, treat and produce missing data
• Design the mapping between the target business architecture and the target data architecture

Context : Improve quality of IT services and the maturity of underlying processes based on the ITIL framework.
Mission: Design and Implement ITSM processes: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Release, Assets and Configuration Management.
