Environmental engineer in the Saudi Geophysical (Royal Commission's contractor).
a) Reviewing the continuous emission monitoring reports (CEMS) for all the major point sources that are submitted by MAC and MPC to RC to ensure full compliance with the Royal Commission’s environmental regulations and standards (RCER-2015).
b) Reviewing the stack test reports that are submitted by MAC and MPC to RC concerning the stack tests that are conducted annually for all the major point sources in MAC and MPC.
c) Witness the stack tests that are conducted annually for all the major point sources in MAC and MPC to ensure that the tests are conducted according to the RC standards and the relevant USEPA standards.
d) Conducting daily surveillance throughout Ras Al-Khair industrial city and report any detected environmental violations.
e) Taking samples for ambient air using gas mate nearby MAC and MPC to examine both the presence and the concentration of air pollutants in the ambient air.
f) Gathering data from all air monitoring stations for all the major air pollutants (NOx,
SO2, CO, Ozone and H2S) and validate these data regularly to prepare AQI and PMI indexes.
g) Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports concerning the ambient air quality in Ras Al-Khair in order to be submitted to Royal commission.
Safety engineer (approved by Saudi Aramco) in the major utilities project for EXPEC ARC (Saudi Aramco project).
a) Monitor all the work activities in the site to ensure full compliance with HSE rules.
b) Ensuring full adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE).
c) Check hot work permits, confined space entry permits and daily excavation checklists.
d) Writing daily reports for any incident, near miss, unsafe action and condition.
e) Taking the proper corrective actions to eliminate the causes of all potential hazards.
f) Conducting hazards identification, job safety analysis and risk assessment.
g) Conducting incident investigation for root cause analysis and recommendation of lessons learned.
