I'm responsible for collecting, verifying, and filling all the needed data for our products such as SKU, color, description, installing files, etc.
After collecting the data for the items a different representative works on the naming and then I start the uploading process on our back-end to ensure the best customer experience.

Doing legal and content checks on new vendors according to the legal guidelines per country. Providing guidance & support to the sales team throughout the whole process to ensure smooth onboarding and partner satisfaction. Validating & handling franchise extensions requests. Handling different commercial/operational requests raised by the account managers for the existing vendors through secondary queues. giving clear instructions to be used during the menu processing stage. Spotting & reporting any gaps during the quality check stage. Checking & reviewing updates in the legal checklists on a daily basis. Delegate of the team & handling escalations.

Served all GCC countries partners. Content intern, the main focal point between the company & our partners. Adding or updating our partners data on the back-end. Assigned & distributed the work flow using the manual assigning on Zendesk. Contributed in the training, handled the new comers during their nesting period, and acted as their leader. Handled critical projects, campaigns, and triple A accounts.

Handled riders requests, inquiries, and complaints via email. Handled fare issues & refunded the riders according the company policies & procedures.

Started as CSR served Vodafone Egypt core and high segment customers. Managed large number of calls in a timely manner on a daily basis. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives. Promoted to be SME of the new comers teams to support them with the needful information & transactions on the system.
