My Duties and Responsibilities are study drawings and specifications, prepare material scheduling and
request from stores. Plan daily production based on overall monthly production plan. Ensure all
production plans and deadlines are adhered for delivery. Prepare daily production report for all the
production sections.

Perform ultrasonic thickness inspection of steel pipes before and after cladding weld overlay.
Perform cladding dimensional inspection of pipes.
Prepare and submit fit up, final & welding inspection report.
Perform Positive Material Identification PMI of pipes and pipe fittings after cladding weld overlay.
Perform final inspection of pipe spools for quality assurance before client inspection
under QC department in coating I work as assistant inspector checking
the DFT of the pipes before the PID from Aramco come and I follow the guide while I do the inspection
by DFT gauge.
