• Conduct surveillance inspections and verify site execution in accordance with drawings,
standards, and specifications.
• Present QA/QC reports to clients and participate in quality meetings and audits.
• Review contractor and subcontractor QA/QC procedures, method statements, and verify
compliance.
• Establish quality infrastructure, maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation and manage QC
organizational structure.
• Execute and supervise material receiving inspections, verifying materials against specifications
and approvals.
• Conduct quality sessions and coordination meetings with contractors inspectors and supervisors.
• Encourage and guide the QC team to maintain high performance and professional quality
behavior.

equipment.
