Civil Works and Building for new CPF (Central Processing Facility) project.
• Maintain and implement construction proforma / budget for each project.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

- Taking care of all contracts for the real estate projects where civil constructions, offices and accommodations equipment, and EPC projects (ITT, RFP, Bid Evaluation follow-up WBS...).
Also all equipment maintenance's Procurement either local or international, materials planning and expediting /de-expediting in the region (Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco) including but not limited to: all HSE materials and clothes, Spare parts & engines, utility equipments, 3d party Maintenance services...
- Plan the sourcing and negotiate price of goods and services to support operations plans within region complying with the supply chain management strategy in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
- Assesses supplier performance and conducts reviews with suppliers
- Issue RFQ /RFS/ RFP/ITT to suppliers and purchase orders in response to material requirements established by manufacturing, field operations or project management
- Expedite, de-expedite and issue change orders to meet manufacturing, field operation or project demands.
- Coaches and develops the less experienced team member.
- Working perfectly within SAP MM-PTP-MAINT /ERP environment

• Purchase to the stock items
• Manage the stock.
• Follow-up the customers’ orders from the order to the delivery
• Monitoring staff (a staff for pickup junks and cleaning the wells after the drilling operations and well services) and Equipments (several equipments for civil works and constructions, etc…).
• Make administrative and on-site visits and check the projects’ progress in locations.
• Raise invoices, purchase and service orders, missions’ orders, and all printed documents, including visit cards, the badges, and publication stickers.
• Development of software to monitor and manage the stock.
• Reception of goods and organize it according to its types, Dimensions, and Destinations.
