KEY ACHIEVEMENT: Managed to build an new Standardized SOW for usually requested projects such as Waterproofing & Asphalt Repairing, also I was able to deliver the best usage of 2 Mega Projects for our Distribution Centers, Waterproof for Rabigh’s DC with Cost Avoidance of 7M SAR Saving, to deliver the project with 11M SAR out of 18M SAR Budget & Deliver the Rectification of Firefighting & Fire Alarm Systems Project for Riyadh’s DC with total amount of 4.5M SAR out of 6M SAR budget.
• Vendor Registration and Relation Management
• Building or Validating SOW, and Generating BOQ for new Project
• Participating in CXR Program to enhance the experience of the customers by renovating all related Panda Stores
• Monitor and report the progress of all PRs through the System to Direct Manager.
• Handling and PR related to construction activities starting from the starts of the bidding cycle till the technical
evaluation and then the submission of the project and handed over to the requester.
As a senior procurement officer:
- Monitoring all utilities and services contracts.
- Dealing with contractors as per the request from all units
- Reviewing all SOW, negotiating, sourcing, and order placement for new supplier/contractors
- Reporting weekly for all taskes to management
o Assessing the quantity of materials required for the project and maintaining the wasted materials to insure that they meet SA standards.
o Follow up and dealing with the subcontractors and suppliers for their invoices and getting the approval from the Client.
o Insure the Material to be as per the project specifications, and meets the client requirements.
o Following & expediting the delivery of the material in order to achieve the target date of project
o Manage Manpower to ensure the construction effort to meet the scope of work for the Project.
o Monitor and report the progress of work to CM.
o Arrange a list of required material for the activities.
o Reviewing drawings before assign the workers to work, in order to save time and effort
o Dealing with Vendors for application method of special finishing material.
o Supervising the Subcontractors to insure they can meet the due date of the activities.
Prepares, Supervises the shop drawings and the martial requisition for the work.
Monitor and report the scope of work to Client.
Assessing the quantity of materials required for the work and conformation of their adequacy in accordance to the drawings and specification and ensuring that it will not exceed available budget.
Follow up and dealing with the subcontractors to insure the implementation of work meets with the Client requirements.
Interface with GACA engineers to insure that all their reasonable requests are met.
