•Currently directing and managing all commercial and contracts aspects for the construction of Five Specialized Hospitals at different cities across Saudi Arabia totaling multi billions Saudi Riyals in value

•Projects completed includes:
- Construction of Olaya Twin office Towers located in Riyadh city totaling over 860 Millions SAR. The height is 34 & 36 stories respectively. The towers also includes mezzanine, four basements. The development covers a total built up area of 210, 778 square meters and it was completed in 2014.
- Construction of Jeddah Storm water Drainage Program (JSDP) - Phase II scope includes construction of five dams, saddle dams, spillways, outlets, sub channel, roads and siren system. The height of each dam ranges from 10m to 21m and its length ranges from 190m to 1225m. This project was fast track projects and it completed in one year end of 2012.

•Ensured construction projects reaches completion as economically and as quickly as possible to a predetermined standard of quality and specification and in accordance to scheduled deadlines and budgetary constraints.

•Hired and supervised subcontractors and consultants agreements. Addressed issues and found solutions to errors or unexpected delays.

•Supported project team in contractual interpretations, preparation of claims, entitlements for EOT and additional costs.

•Liaise with CEO objectives, coordinated all efforts to mobilize expatriates team on sites, headed the teams, followed up on issues, performance and guided the team to areas of concerns solutions
