• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve team objectives.
• Coordinate the relationships between the leaders and the various operational teams
• Disseminate required information/actions to members of the team as required.
• Follow-up on important/critical matters and report on their progress
• Assist in the scheduling and organizing of both internal and external meetings and attend, if required, these meetings to take notes, minutes, or to provide information
• Act as back-up/support for the other team members when required (during shifts, short/long absences, etc.).
Observe and implement established policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Manage and organize events, conferences and expiations.
• To supervise the updating, designing, printing and distributions of a new brochure every year.
• Direct Advertising (gifts, greeting cards, annual event advertising
