The primary responsibilities include:
• Leading one or more project Managers at a time to successfully deliver customer solutions
• Ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and scope constraints by tracking budget and forecasts utilizing a formal Statement of Work (SOW)
• Working with the customer to manage the scope of an engagement and make adjustments throughout the course of the engagement
• Advocating adherence to industry standard processes
• Providing actionable coaching feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement in the spirit of a growth mindset
• Traveling to customer sites, across EMEA-APG region from time to time.
• Manage risks to eliminate, avoid and/or mitigate impact
• Manage project managers and solution architects delivering sub-projects within a program
• Provides oversight and management of project escalations
• Coordinate both local and remote teams
Relevant Characteristics and Experience for the Project Manager Role:
• PMP and Prince2 certified with real-world experience,
• Demonstrated effectiveness in leading teams in different countries and projects
• Excellent oral and written communication including strong executive presence at the CXO level
• Ability to identify risks before they occur and to develop mitigation and avoidance strategies

• ITIL processes implementation and assessment for current customers as a step forward implementing the full ITIL processes
• Provided Consultation to our Customer and Support for our resident engineers on Projects at Customer Site.
• Plans, organizes, leads, and manages the staff and operations of the information technology infrastructure including network, data communications, and other related technological services.
• Defines project scope and objectives.
o Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, following Microsoft MSF
o Leads the effort and is responsible for driving each project to success, ensuring delivery on-schedule, and to scope. This includes tracking and reporting resource and schedule variances from plan.
o Responsible for all project communication.
o Work with management and staff to define business problems and/or opportunities and identify alternatives to apply information systems and technology services.
o Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
• Provides technical support to sales team during entire sales cycle from pre-sales to implementation.
